Moritz is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of
Sports Medicine.
I am currently finishing up requirements to
attain my Master's Degree in HPER-Sports Science through a state
university, have been training clients for over one year, and have been
on a weight-loss journey since I was 14 years old. Until I added
consistent, daily physical activity and intense workouts in conjunction
with learning to eat healthy foods, I was unable to realize any weight
loss goals I had set for myself. Now, after several years of
learning and applying those two principles, my goals are nearly
realized. I wrote the E-book and created THAThealthyperson.com to
propel others along the path to success, using my own experiences and
perspectives. I believe that while everyone has a unique
experience, we are all in charge of our behaviors and attitudes, and we
can all be successful in our own lives. I also believe that
several different types of workout programs work for different people,
and it is up to you to choose which one works best for you.
However, I do highly promote intense, full-body resistance training in
conjunction with high intensity interval training (HIIT) as the
hands-down best way to lose weight, discover a lean look, and reshape
your body.
I am married, have a beautiful daughter of preschool age, and own
several cats who live outdoors and wish they were indoor. In my
free time, I enjoy reading, learning, playing with my daughter, and
teaching. You may visit my personal blog, which follows the
journey of my trials and tribulations in becoming THAT healthy person,

The Afterburn Effect.
